Julian John

Julian John FIEP is an accomplished leader in the fields of human resources, learning and development, and inclusivity. As the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Delsion Ltd since August 2015, Julian has spearheaded innovative solutions focused on People and Development Consultancy. Additionally, Julian founded Positive About Potential CIC in July 2024 and serves as Chief Inclusioneer. As a judge for the Disability Power 100 with Shaw Trust, Julian leverages personal recognition to champion change. Previous roles include Chair of the Disability, Health and Welfare Policy Unit at the Federation of Small Businesses and Disabled People's Employment Champion for the Welsh Government. Julian holds a BA in Business Administration and Finance and a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and Training.
