Lisa Ferguson

Lisa Ferguson has an extensive background in business improvement and project management. Lisa currently holds the position of Head of Strategic Planning and Change at Shaw Trust, where Lisa leads business change projects and implements methodologies for governance structure. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Prospects as a Quality and Project Manager, overseeing the Quality Management System and driving continuous improvement through cross-functional projects. Lisa also served as a Lead Business Improvement Auditor, managing internal audit teams and providing support for performance reviews. Prior to their roles at Prospects, Lisa worked at Medway Council in various business improvement and customer relations roles. Lisa's education background includes attending Fort Pitt Grammar School.
