Madison E. Kerr is an experienced professional in impact measurement and evaluation, currently serving as Head of Impact Measurement and Evaluation at Shaw Trust since March 2025. Previously, Madison held the position of Programmes Evaluation Manager at The Brilliant Club, where significant contributions included advising senior leaders on strategic planning and enhancing evidence-based decision-making through the adoption of Randomised Control Trials. Earlier roles included economic consulting for CEOs and boards at PBE, conducting policy-relevant research during a PhD candidacy at the University of York, and various finance-related positions, providing a strong foundation in economics and quantitative analysis. Madison holds a PhD in Economics from the University of York, a Master’s in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kenyon College.
