Catherine Hesford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Catherine began their career in 2003 as an HR Assistant at Citroen before transitioning to the British Army as a Craftsman. Following their military service, Catherine held roles at Lloyds TSB as a Senior Customer Services Adviser and later as a Real Time Service Analyst. Catherine then joined Ernst & Young as an Administration Coordinator and Assistant Consultant. Catherine continued to grow in their career, taking on positions at Cofunds as an HR Administrator and later as a PA. Catherine then moved to Legal & General - Cofunds Business Unit as an HR Adviser and eventually became an HR Consultant. Currently, they are employed at Shawbrook Bank, where they started as an HR Business Partner and is currently serving as the Head of HR Service Delivery.

Catherine Hesford completed their education with the following qualifications: a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University (2012-2014), a Diploma in Human Resource Practice from South Essex College (2011-2012), A-Levels from Army Technical Foundation College (2003-2005), and GCSEs from Furtherwick Park School (1998-2003).
