Erin Duffy

Erin Duffy is currently the AVP, HR Manager - Employee Relations at Woodforest National Bank, where Erin serves as a strategic partner to a SVP Retail Divisional Manager. Previously, Erin worked at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals in various HR roles, including as an Employee Relations Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. Erin also has experience in managing visitor services at museums, including at the Houston Museum of Natural Science and The Children's Museum of Indianapolis. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
