Gary Anderson

Gary Anderson started their work experience in 2011 at Barclays as a Finance Change Manager, where they provided portfolio management and business analyst support for mandatory group-wide projects. Gary completed secondments with various teams within Barclays. Gary then moved on to roles such as Customer Experience Manager and Mortgage Product Manager at Barclays before joining Metro Bank (UK) as a Mortgage Product Manager. Anderson then worked at MoloFinance as the Head of Mortgage Product and Pricing and at Shawbrook Bank as the Head of Product and Partnerships, Savings. After taking a career break to travel in Asia and Australia, they joined Shaype as the Head of Product in 2020.

Gary Anderson obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Management Sciences from Loughborough University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they received a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in April 2015.
