Fergus O'Sullivan

Fergus O'Sullivan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the environmental consulting and construction industries. As the Owner and Director of FOSCO.biz since 2005, Fergus has specialized in regulatory compliance related to green building practices, including inspections, design consultation, and certification processes for both residential and non-residential projects. Furthermore, Fergus has served as a Project Specialist at SHC Inc since 2013, contributing a wealth of knowledge gained over nearly 18 years in California. Additionally, Fergus has been an Instructor at Mendocino Community College since 2011, educating students on the principles of building science within the Sustainable Technology Program. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Environmental Consultant/Rater/Advisor at FOSCO since 1998. Fergus holds a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Science and Policy Planning from University College Cork and has further educational backgrounds from University of California, Berkeley, and City College of San Francisco.
