Natalina Morelli has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Natalina currently works at Grace Group and Bon Leisure as a Program Project & Implementation Management Consultant, a position they started in November 2020. Before that, they worked at Natalina Mentors as a Non Executive Director and Corporate Partnerships member, starting in February 2017. Prior to that, they held a position at Maroondah City Council as a Marketing Manager - Business Development - Project/Program Management Maroondah Leisure. During their time there from December 2015 to February 2021, they demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and digital marketing skills, among others. Natalina achieved notable accomplishments such as developing and implementing a go-to-market framework for managing numerous marketing projects and introducing digital marketing to exceed revenue targets. Before joining Maroondah City Council, they worked at Blitz Publications & Multimedia Group in various roles such as General Manager/Director of Marketing & Events, Group Manager - Marketing & Operations, and National Marketing, Events & Sponsorship Manager. Natalina also has experience in publishing at indigo magazine, where they held the positions of Publisher, Executive Editor, and Director from 2006 to 2014. Lastly, Natalina began their career at Telstra as a Marketing Executive, Senior Campaign Manager, and Media Channel Manager from 1998 to 2009.
