Kyle Pilachowski

Kyle Pilachowski is an experienced investment banking professional currently serving as an Investment Banking Associate and previously as an Investment Banking Analyst at Shea & Company since August 2020. Prior to this role, Kyle gained valuable experience as a Global Investment Banking Summer Analyst at RBC Capital Markets and a Finance Intern at Chimera Investment Corporation. In addition to finance, Kyle has a diverse background in sports officiating and coaching, having served as a Grade 7 Soccer Referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation and Co-Head Swim Coach at Westford Swim & Tennis Club. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance and Accounting from Boston College, completed in 2020, following studies at Westford Academy. Leadership experience was demonstrated as State President of Massachusetts DECA from 2014 to 2016.
