Shauronda Harper

Shauronda Harper has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and distribution industry. Shauronda served as a Plant Director at Shearer's Snacks, where they led operations and achieved customer satisfaction and critical business objectives. Prior to that, they were a Plant Manager at Eagle Foods, overseeing a manufacturing and distribution facility with significant sales and leading a team to improve productivity and yields. Shauronda also held the position of Plant Manager at Avery Products Corporation, managing a large-scale facility and achieving significant productivity savings. Additionally, they worked as a Materials Manager at Avery Dennison, where they improved customer service and implemented cost-saving strategies. Shauronda began their career in the US Army, serving as a Personnel Management Sergeant.
