Tom Kendrot

Tom Kendrot has a significant amount of experience in various roles and industries. Tom started their career at J.P. Morgan in 2000, where they worked as an Associate until 2005. Following this, they joined Minot Capital as an Equity Research Analyst in 2005 and then moved to Pequot Capital as a Portfolio Manager in 2006. In 2007, Tom joined BearingPoint as the Head of Corporate Development/M&A until 2010.

In 2012, they became the President of Shearwater Health, a company that provides remote and onsite clinicians for healthcare teams. In 2019, they also took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Shearwater Health. In the same year, Tom became the Chief Executive Officer of Shearwater CPO® - Home of Clinicians. Overall, Tom has a diverse background in finance, corporate development, and healthcare leadership.
