Giri Namala has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Giri currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Shearwater Health. Previously, they worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as the Vice President/Healthcare BU Head, leading a high-performance sales team and driving growth through automation and analytics. Giri also served as the CEO/Director at eYantra Industries Pvt. Ltd., where they achieved profitability by implementing new strategies and promoting accountability. Giri held the position of Managing Director at TLT-Babcock, Inc., overseeing the construction of a new manufacturing plant and navigating economic challenges. Giri also worked at Nestlé as a Consultant, optimizing product portfolios and implementing Lean Six Sigma strategies. Giri's experience at IBM Global Services involved leading global Lean deployments, while at Quest Diagnostics, they managed strategic planning and launched healthcare solutions. Giri began their career at GE Aircraft Engines, where they led CRM implementations and managed global IT teams. Prior to that, Giri worked as a Senior Engineer at Moog Flo-Tork.

Giri Namala has an MBA with a focus on Marketing & Strategy from Xavier University. Giri also holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as an LSS Master Black Belt, Lean Master, and Six Sigma Black Belt.
