Tim Frankcom serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Fresha since April 2023, overseeing global Sales, Account Management, Professional Services, Customer Experience, and Revenue Operations across multiple international locations. Previously, Tim held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Frontify, implementing a transformative commercial strategy, and at Smartly.io, driving global SaaS revenues and orchestrating Go-to-Market strategies. As a Non-Executive Director for The Sports Edit, Tim contributed to the expansion of a leading activewear destination. Tim’s experience at Criteo encompassed various leadership roles that supported significant growth and expansion, including a pivotal role in the company’s IPO on NASDAQ. Tim’s early career includes senior positions at Yahoo and Kelkoo, with a foundation in digital marketing from British Airways. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in History/Politics from Royal Holloway, University of London.
