Halsey Gilligan

Halsey Gilligan is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as VP People at SheerID since January 2018, Halsey has held various roles including Sr Director of Human Resources and Director of People Operations within the company. Prior to this, Halsey was the Manager of Human Resources at both Cayuse LLC and Wizeline, where responsibilities included enhancing product lifecycle through customer intelligence. Earlier experience includes HR Professional at Kaltura and Administrative Assistant and Marketing Coordinator at Graham Downes Architecture, Inc. Halsey began the professional journey as a Realtor Assistant at Prudential California Realty. Halsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA, earned in 2010, and graduated from La Jolla High School in 2006.
