Caroline Guenther

Head of Growth Product at Shef

Caroline Guenther is an experienced product manager and MBA graduate. Caroline has worked with several companies, including Shef, Gopuff, Uber, Cisco, and Nike. Caroline was the Head of Growth Product at Shef and served as a Principal Product Manager and Product Lead for Growth/Personalization as well as a Senior Product Manager and Product Lead for Loyalty at Gopuff. At Cisco, they worked as a Planning Manager, Integrated Business Planning. Caroline also co-founded a startup, GlobeSpeak, which was accepted to the Jumpstart Foundry 14-week accelerator program. Caroline is known for their leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and their ability to manage scrum teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Caroline is a Chinese language expert and was selected as one of 100 women in the Cisco Executive Shadow Program.

Caroline Guenther attended Shore Country Day School from 1992-2002. Caroline then attended St. George's School from 2002-2006 for their high school degree with a field of study in Chinese. In 2004-2005, they studied Chinese in Beijing, China as part of the School Year Abroad program. Caroline then attended the University of St Andrews from 2006-2010, earning an MA/BA in International Relations and Arabic, Chinese. Finally, they attended Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 2013-2015 and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a field of study in Finance/Strategy/Entrepreneurship.
