Jane L. Mitchell

Jane L. Mitchell is an accomplished interior designer with extensive experience in both residential and commercial projects. Currently serving as an Interior Designer at Sheffield Furniture & Interiors since February 2020, Jane collaborates with clients on various aspects of home furnishings, including space planning and custom window treatments. Previously, Jane was the Owner and Interior Designer at Mitchell Designs from 1997 to January 2020, where the firm specialized in high-end residential and commercial interiors. Earlier career roles include Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager at Bruce Bierman Design and Naomi Leff and Associates, where Jane contributed to renowned residential and retail interiors. Jane began their career as a Resource Librarian at Steelcase Solutions, managing design resources. Educational background includes an AAS in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History/Studio Art from The University of the South.
