Sam Moorwood

Sam Moorwood has extensive experience in higher education and local government, currently serving as the Head of Apprenticeships & Work Based Learning and Head of Employer Partnerships at Sheffield Hallam University since 2007. In these roles, Sam focuses on building networks and opportunities for business partnerships. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Lecturer, Surveyor at Sheffield City Council, Research Officer at the Yorkshire and Humber Assembly, and Development Surveyor at Bath and North East Somerset Council, all contributing to a strong background in land management, planning, and education. Sam holds a BSC in Land Economics, Surveying from the University of Aberdeen.
