Imsal Shahid

Imsal Shahid serves as the Managing Director & General Counsel at Sheffield Haworth, leading legal, compliance, and strategic advisory functions for a global executive search and consulting firm since August 2020. Prior roles include Group General Counsel and Company Secretary overseeing legal affairs across EMEA, USA, and Asia Pacific at Sheffield Haworth, and Group Legal Director at Aktrion Group, where Imsal managed international legal strategy. Experience also includes serving as Head of Legal at a consulting firm and as Senior Legal Advocate at Peninsula UK. Imsal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The University of Law, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Aberystwyth University, and has completed the Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme.
