Magnus Ericsson has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare and engineering sectors. Magnus started their career as a Clinical Engineer at Stockholm South General Hospital in 2007, where they worked on projects related to ambulance equipment and the emergency room. Magnus then worked as a Chief Medical Engineer at Sweden Ghana Medical Centre, Ltd from 2009 to 2011, where they played a crucial role in setting up West Africa's first comprehensive oncology hospital. In 2011, they became a Section Manager at Stockholm South General Hospital, overseeing a specialist section in the clinical engineering department.

From 2012 to 2016, Magnus worked at Karolinska University Hospital, first as a Project Manager for medical technology at the New Karolinska Solna, and later as an IT Manager perioperative and intensive care. Magnus also served as a Contract Manager, responsible for maintaining medical technology contracts. In addition, they were the Deputy Program Manager for a large-scale program for the supply of medical technology to New Karolinska Solna.

In 2016, Magnus became the Chief Operating Officer at GHP International, where they held the position until 2021. During their time there, they played a key role in the organization's operations. In 2020, they founded Viking Bageri, a bakery project that turned into a business venture in partnership with KRUSH Brands.

Magnus then moved to Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Ajman in 2016, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2021, they took on an additional role as the Interim Chief Executive Officer. Magnus joined NMC Healthcare in the same year as the Chief Operating Officer until 2022.

Currently, Magnus is the Chief Operating Officer at Abu Dhabi Health Services Company- SEHA. Magnus started in this role in November 2022. Throughout their career, Magnus has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in the healthcare industry.

Magnus Ericsson began their education in 1994 at Fredrika Bremer, where they pursued an unspecified field of study. Following this, they attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2001, focusing on Electrical and Electronics Engineering for their Master of Science degree, which they did not complete. In 2001, Magnus transferred to Stockholm University and studied Linguistics, completing a Bachelor of Science degree in 2003. Finally, from 2004 to 2007, Magnus attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology again, this time specializing in Medical Technology and obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree.
