Faisal al Mazam

Faisal Al Mazam serves as the Director of the Protective Services Department at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, where responsibilities include overseeing the Readiness and Continuity Program, Security Management Program, and Parking and Transportation Management, along with developing future healthcare readiness and security training initiatives. Prior to this role, Faisal Al Mazam held various leadership positions at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, managing multiple divisions within the Protective Services Department and overseeing safety and emergency planning. Previous experience also includes roles as Operations & Security Manager at Emirates Security Services, Airport Operations Supervisor with Dubai Police HQ, and foundational training in criminal justice and security management through prestigious academic institutions, such as Dubai Police Academy and Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University.
