Chloe Liao is a seasoned professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Regional HRBP Manager at SHEIN since April 2022, where Chloe has effectively collaborated with management teams on talent-related topics and streamlined HR processes during a significant growth phase. Prior to this role, Chloe worked as a Divisional Manager at Ambition from September 2018 to October 2021, focusing on sourcing high-caliber professionals across various sectors, including fintech and consulting. Additionally, from November 2015 to August 2018, Chloe was a Senior Consultant at Frank Recruitment Group, where Chloe specialized in placing technology talents across multiple industries in Southeast Asia and China while also acquiring new clients.
