Karina Ayala Solares

Karina Ayala Solares currently serves as Category Lead for Beauty at SHEIN since February 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Key Account Manager in the same category. Prior to SHEIN, Karina spent nearly a year at Shopee as a Key Account Manager for Electronics and Home & Living, overseeing 52 Chinese online stores and managing a large portfolio of products for promotional campaigns. Karina also led the Incubation Business Development initiative, training over 400 online stores to enhance their sales performance. Earlier experience includes a role as Key Account Manager for Procter & Gamble, where Karina focused on strategy development and execution of commercial initiatives. Karina holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
