Yuan-Chan Hsu

Yuan-Chan (Jeffery) Hsu, MBA, is an accomplished professional in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as General Manager and Director II of Fulfillment Operations at SHEIN since November 2024. Previously, Hsu held the position of Director of Global Supply Chain Innovation & Partnerships at Nike and has extensive experience at Google, where roles included Strategic Program Lead and Technical Program Manager in eCommerce logistics. Prior to this, Hsu worked at Amazon in various managerial capacities overseeing fulfillment operations and inventory control. Additional experience includes leading operational excellence projects at Dell and consulting for small businesses through the Penn State Small Business Development Center. Hsu holds an MBA from Penn State University with concentrations in Supply Chain Management and Strategic Leadership, as well as a BS in Marketing from the University of the Ozarks.
