Shelli Davis

Shelli Davis is currently the Director of Grants Management at Shelby County Alabama since January 2021. Previously, Shelli worked at Hamilton County Development Department as a Grants Manager and at Shelby County Government as a Community Services Coordinator. With experience in administration, monitoring health and human service contracts, grant management, budget analysis, grant writing, and serving on nonprofit boards, Shelli has a strong background in community services and project management. Education includes a Tennessee Certified Economic Developer (TCEcD) from the University of Tennessee Institute for Public Service, a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/PR from the University of Texas at Arlington.
