Joyce Douglas

Joyce Douglas, ECMCA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management and compliance. Currently serving as the Manager of the Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) Program at Memphis-Shelby County Schools since October 2019, Joyce previously held multiple roles at the City of Memphis from August 2006 to October 2019, including Program Manager for the Office of Youth Services and Contract Compliance Analyst supporting the Equal Business Opportunity and Small Business Enterprise Programs. Joyce began a career in the aviation industry, working as a Flight Attendant for United Airlines from May 1989 to August 2006 and with Eastern Airlines, Inc. from June 1986 to March 1989. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies with a focus on Political Science from The University of Memphis.
