Nitin Agrawal

Nitin Agrawal is an experienced operations and project management professional currently serving as Operations Manager and formerly in various leadership roles at Shelf Drilling since December 2015, including Global Head of HSE and Division Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Nitin worked at Transocean from April 2007 to November 2015, where responsibilities included Rig Asset Manager and Senior Drilling Engineer for Deepwater projects. Earlier in this career, Nitin served as a Petroleum Engineer at Reliance Industries Limited from July 2005 to March 2007. Nitin pursued Executive Education in Organizational Leadership at the Indian School of Business in August 2024, and holds a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad.
