Afra Famili is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Shell Energy Australia since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Specialist in Talent Management at Anglo American from June 2019 to September 2023, and as a Senior Consultant in Organisational Capability at Charles Darwin University from July 2016 to October 2018. Additionally, Afra held the position of Global HR Learning & Development Coordinator at Bechtel Corporation from October 2010 to October 2015.
