Jennifer Morales

Jennifer Morales has been in the multi-family industry in Texas since 1998. Ms. Morales joined Shelter Corporation in 2001 growing within and working various roles including Real Estate Manager, Marketing Manager, and Regional Director. In her current role as Regional Director for Texas, Ms. Morales is responsible for overseeing the operations of her portfolio and ensuring all assets are running efficiently while maintaining occupancy and resident satisfaction. Directing her team leaders with guidance and support to assure their assets are successful.

Ms. Morales is an active member of the San Antonio Apartment Association and Texas Apartment Association. In addition to the many industry classes, courses and conferences she has attended through local and state affiliates, she has received both her Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Portfolio Supervisor Designations through NAA. She completed the San Antonio Apartment Association Leadership Lyceum Program in 2014 and is currently in the Texas Apartment Association Leadership Lyceum for 2019. She has served on the Board of Directors at the San Antonio Apartment Association since 2016 and also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Apartment Association.

Ms. Morales holds a BS – Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M San Antonio as well as a MBA – Management from Our Lady of the Lake University.
