The executive team at Shelter House has a long history of working in various fields related to social work. Many members have worked as adjunct professors at George Mason University, as well as social workers for Fairfax County Government. Additionally, they have also been involved with various organizations such as Future Fund and Leadership Fairfax, Inc. All members of the executive team have received their education from notable universities such as George Mason University, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
