Kimberly Wilson, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a progressive career spanning over 20 years. Kimberly is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at ShelterPoint Life since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Cullen and Dykman LLP from June 2021 to May 2022 and at Michelman & Robinson, LLP from January 2019 to May 2021.

Kimberly also served as the Director of Human Resources at Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, LLP from March 2012 to December 2018. Kimberly started their career as a Human Resources Manager at North American Enclosures, where they oversaw HR functions for 600 employees in a multi-state environment. Kimberly has also held positions at Innovative Stone, BELCO Distributors, and VS Management, where they showcased their expertise in various aspects of HR, including employee relations, payroll, benefits, and labor laws.
