Steve Margos

In winter of 2022, Steve Margos became Shepard’s Chief Operating Officer, taking on the pivotal role of guiding the strategy to power Shepard with a highly efficient and effective internal operational process, as well as leading efforts toward customer-facing operations and vendor relationships. Serving various leadership roles within Shepard since 2013, Steve has more than 15 years of event operational experience, including Executive Vice President of Operations where he spearheaded Shepard’s industry-leading operations and logistics from 2014-2022.
