Lisa Beard

Lisa Beard has a diverse work experience in the insurance and human resources fields. Lisa started their career as an HR Coordinator at BorgWarner in 1996 and worked there until 2009. Following BorgWarner, they joined First Merchants Insurance Group as an Employee Benefits Senior Customer Service Agent from 2009 to 2015. Lisa then worked at USI Insurance Services as an Employee Benefits Account Manager from 2015 to 2019. Currently, Lisa is employed at Shepherd Insurance as an EB Account Manager, starting in 2020.

From 1983 to 1984, Lisa Beard attended the International Business School where they studied Secretarial, however, no degree was obtained during this time.
