Tom Duffy

Tom Duffy has extensive work experience in supply chain and logistics management. Tom is currently the Head of Supply Chain at Shepherd Neame Ltd. Prior to this, they worked as a Supply Chain Manager at Bank Partners from 2020 to 2022. Tom also served as a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager at UCC Coffee UK and Ireland from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they held the position of Senior Supply Chain Manager at Bestway Wholesale from 2016 to 2019. Tom began their career as an Assistant Supply Chain Manager at Marks and Spencer from 2011 to 2016. Prior to this, they spent four years at Sainsbury's as an Imports Controller, where they handled import operations and project managed transportation improvements. Tom also worked as an Export Executive at GlaxoSmithKline from 2004 to 2007, managing pharmaceutical exports. Early in their career, they served as an English TEFL teacher at Kaien English Language School and as a Logistics Coordinator at Mitsubishi Electric Europe BV.

Tom Duffy attended St. Ignatius College from 1986 to 1992 and the University of East Anglia from 1993 to 1996.
