Perry Kennedy

Perry Kennedy has a strong background in the housing industry, with experience in various roles and organizations. Perry is currently employed as the Head of Commercial Projects at Shepherds Bush Housing Group since July 2023. Prior to this, Perry worked as a Senior New Business Manager at the same company, starting in March 2021. Before joining Shepherds Bush Housing Group, Perry was a Land Manager at Metropolitan Thames Valley from March 2019 to March 2021. Perry started their career at Thames Valley Housing Association in September 2015 as an Assistant Land Manager and also served as a Residential Development Manager at the same organization.

Perry Kennedy completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Real Estate Development from the University College of Estate Management from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Perry obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Studies and Geography from Canterbury Christ Church University, which they attended from 2010 to 2013.
