Ashley Jean-Pierre

Ashley Jean-Pierre is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Sheppard Pratt Solutions since November 2023 and as a Fractional HR Leader at JP3 Consulting, Inc. since August 2023. Previously, Ashley held various leadership roles at Fidelis Cybersecurity, including Vice President of Human Resources and Director of People & Culture, where contributions included developing talent strategies and serving as a strategic HR business partner. Earlier experience includes positions at the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center as a Manager of People & Culture and HR Business Partner, and as an HR Generalist at Providence Hospital. Ashley began a career in HR as an Administrative Coordinator at The Washington Home and as a Business Operations Manager at Amedisys Home Health & Hospice. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
