Dr. Deb Cunningham

Dr. Deb Cunningham has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dr. Deb currently holds the position of Vice President Behavioral Health Service Line at Sheppard Pratt, where they provide executive oversight and strategic planning for clinical and nonclinical leadership support in operations, human resources, and quality outcomes. Prior to that, they served as Vice President Behavioral Health Service Line at Main Line Health. Dr. Cunningham also has experience as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at drdebcunningham.com. Dr. Deb spent a significant portion of their career at Cone Health, where they held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President Behavioral Health, Women's and Children's Hospitals and System Service Lines, President and CNO Behavioral Health Hospital and Guilford County Behavioral Health Center, President of Green Valley COVID Field Hospital, and Vice President. Their responsibilities at Cone Health included overseeing inpatient psychiatric beds, outpatient clinics, telepsychiatry programs, ECT and TMS programs, and various other behavioral health services. Dr. Deb also provided executive leadership for the Maternal Child service line, which included a NICU, Children's Emergency Department, and multiple outpatient practices. Additionally, Dr. Cunningham served as Director of Nursing Services at Princeton Community Hospital and Head Nurse at BLUEFIELD REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER and Saint Luke's Hospital.

Dr. Deb Cunningham's education history includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from The University of Alabama, which they completed from 2010 to 2012.
