Dr Prasanna Menta

Dr. Prasanna Menta, CHCIO, CDH-E, currently serves as Chief Information Officer at Sheppard Pratt since April 2020, focusing on modernizing legacy IT systems and integrating acquisitions. Dr. Menta has developed strategic roadmaps and governance standards for over 170 applications, covering various operational areas. Previous roles include Director of Enterprise Applications at Vidant Health (2016-2020) and Director at MedStar Health (2014-2015). Dr. Menta also worked as Manager of Enterprise Systems at Pew Research Center (2011-2012) and held multiple positions over 11 years at the University of Maryland University College, including Director of PeopleSoft Applications. Dr. Menta holds a Doctor of Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Master of Science in Information Technology from the same institution, an MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Madras.
