Jose Quinonez

Jose Quinonez has extensive experience in engineering and facilities management within the hospitality sector, specifically at Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino. Since December 2018, Jose has served as the Assistant Chief of Engineering and Facilities Manager. Prior to this role, Jose was the Engineering Supervisor and Mechanical Engineer at the same hotel from January 2013 to December 2017. Beginning their career as a Maintenance Engineer at Sheraton Hotel & Casino from October 2009 to January 2013, Jose has developed a strong foundation in technical skills and operational management. Additionally, Jose completed a Technical Course in HVAC at Professional Technical Institution Inc between 2016 and 2017.
