Kelsey Pike

Kelsey Pike, SHRM-SCP, M.A.Ed., is an experienced Human Resources Specialist currently employed at Sheridan School District 48J since November 2021. Kelsey has a diverse background in training and development, having previously held roles such as Head Cheer Coach and Student Services at Sheridan High School and Faulconer-Chapman School, respectively. Prior to current responsibilities, Kelsey worked at SAIF Corporation as a Recruiter and Corporate Trainer, focusing on the development and delivery of training programs. Additional experience includes positions at Milwaukee Electronics and RR Donnelley, where Kelsey specialized in instructional design and recruitment. Kelsey holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education and Training with a specialization in Human Resource Development, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine.
