Pradeep Ramesh is a Principal Scientist - Computational Design/AI at Sherlock Biosciences. Pradeep has also worked as a Visiting Scientist at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering, Research Intern at EvoRx Technologies, Inc., Fulbright Scholar at the Niels Bohr Institute, and Graduate Research Fellow at Caltech.

Ramesh's research interests include deep learning in RNA-based biology, formulating suites of in vitro biochemical assays, and designing machine-learning modules to classify drug candidates. Pradeep has also devised a custom optical-tweezer microscope to study the biophysical action of membrane curvature inducing proteins and created a custom Matlab routine for signal processing and image analysis.

Pradeep Ramesh received their PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Caltech. Pradeep also received their PhD in Biophysics from the University of California, Berkeley. Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Caltech.
