Alexander Larsen

Alexander Larsen is a Clinical Bioinformatician II who has worked with pipeline development and module creation using python, SQL, bash, and R. Alexander has experience with quality control and standards development, as well as data analysis and statistical modeling. Additionally, they have provided customer service to clinicians and patients. Prior to their current position, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in a Memory and Circadian rhythm laboratory where they were responsible for processing samples, data analysis, western blotting, and research article analysis. Alexander also has experience with zebrafish development and Crawdads, Rodents, and hippocampal neuronal electrical analysis.
