Rolando Rivera

Rolando Rivera is the current Director of International Recruitment & Presidential Initiatives at Sherman College of Chiropractic. Prior to this, they were the Bacardi Corporation's Bacardi Visitor Center Manager from April 2000 to October 2012. In this role, Rolando was responsible for the daily operation of the visitor center rum tour, which saw 225,000 visitors each year. Rolando also oversaw sales, warehouse operations, and a team of 42 employees. Rolando was able to increase annual sales by 38% and decrease "bad complaints" by 25%.

In February 2014, Rolando became the Director of Marketing & Recruitment at Universidad Central de Bayamón. In this role, they oversaw all marketing and recruitment efforts for the university. Rolando was also responsible for managing all operating expenses, including advertising and promotions (A&P). Under Rolando's leadership, the university saw a significant increase in applications and enrollment.

Rolando is a proven leader with a track record of success in both the corporate and academic worlds. Rolando is a passionate advocate for education and has dedicated their career to helping others reach their full potential.

Rolando Rivera's educational career began with a business administration degree from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Rolando then went on to earn a bachelor's degree in industrial management from the same school's Bayamón campus.

Their manager is Edwin Cordero, President. They are on a team with Rozelle Foster - Director of Continuing Education, Greg Aldridge - Director, Information Technology, and Kendra Strange - AVP, Enrollment Services.
