Allaina Murphy counsels clients on a variety of complex issues related to commercial litigation matters. Her experience includes case research, document drafting, trial preparation, client management, and settlement negotiation.
Prior to joining the firm, Allaina worked as an associate at a law firm based out of Portland, Maine and was an integral member of the Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment practice groups.
Allaina received her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law. During law school, Allaina clerked for the Department of Energy in Washington, D.C. and interned for the Office of the Maine Attorney General. She also served as an editor for the Connecticut Law Review, was a member of both the Mock Trial Society and the Negotiation & Dispute Resolution Society, and worked as a research assistant.
