Angie Fletcher

Angie Fletcher is a corporate and commercial transaction attorney who focuses on getting the deal done for her clients.

Angie helps closely-held and publicly-traded companies grow through mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, joint ventures, asset purchases, and obtaining financing. She also assists companies through other strategic transactions, such as ownership transfers, equity repurchases, loan workouts and foreclosures, and corporate reorganizations and dissolutions.

She has worked closely with banks and other financial institutions, real estate developers, and private equity investors in managing commercial loan transactions. She has been on both sides of lending transactions, having served as counsel to lenders and borrowers in transactions ranging from $5 million to $250 million. Many of these transactions helped her clients obtain financing to purchase assets, to acquire real estate, to refinance credit lines, and for construction loans.
