Mark W. Williams

Mark W. Williams is a member of Sherman & Howard and has been practicing law since 1985. Mark specializes in representing businesses and the people who run them in litigation matters involving governance, finance, telecommunications, and risk management. Mark has acted as counsel to Fortune 500 companies and to middle market companies needing additional support for in house counsel. Mark has also assisted companies in strategic planning, due diligence, and investigations. In 2007, they merged their previous firm, Cage Williams P.C., into Sherman & Howard.

Mark W. Williams has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Colorado College and a Juris Doctor in Law from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Mark is certified by the Litigation Counsel of America as a Barrister in the Order of Justitia and by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy as a Master Advocate. Mark is also certified by the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) as a Governance Fellow and licensed to practice in Colorado, Utah, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Minnesota.
