Bobby Morgan

Bobby Morgan has extensive experience in the coatings industry, currently serving as a Strategic Accounts Manager at Sherwin-Williams since May 2017. Prior to this role, Bobby held the position of Business Development Manager for the West Region at Valspar from 2003 to 2017, focusing on manufacturing process improvement, cost reduction, and sustainability initiatives. As the founder and CEO of ABITL Finishing from 1999 to 2003, Bobby established and led the company. From 1982 to 1999, Bobby worked in developmental sales at Morton International, assisting industrial manufacturers in complying with the Clean Air Act of 1977, particularly in reducing VOC emissions. Earlier career experience includes a sales representative role at Sabine Propeller & Marine Service Company, where Bobby specialized in marine coatings. Bobby holds a degree from Lamar University, attended from 1976 to 1981.
