Ramon Calderon

Ramon Calderon is an experienced operations and quality management professional with a diverse background in the manufacturing sector, particularly in aerosol and powder coatings. Currently serving as Operations Manager and formerly as Plant Quality Manager at Sherwin-Williams since September 2014, Ramon has a strong focus on quality assurance and process improvement. Previous roles include R&D Process Chemist, where expertise in scale-up process development was leveraged, and Plant Chemist, as well as Quality Control Laboratory Technician at Smurfit Kappa from 2010 to 2012. Ramon holds a degree in Project Management from Cornell University, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from Miami Dade College, and has completed a Science Diploma at German School La Esperanza.
