Shannon Coleman

Shannon Coleman, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience at Sherwin-Williams since September 2014 in various leadership roles, including HR Vice President and Sr HR Director focused on Global Process Improvement and Shared Services. Prior to this, Shannon served as Learning Administration Manager at Xerox, where responsibilities included managing client relationships in learning administration. Additional experience includes a tenure as Quality Assurance Manager at TEKsystems, where management of data integrity and customer service was paramount, as well as roles in customer information and sales at McMaster-Carr and Ryan Homes. Shannon holds an MBA in Business Administration from Kent State University and a BSBA in Marketing from John Carroll University.
