Milan Franko

Milan Franko is a seasoned professional in property management with experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Resident Manager at Sherwood Equities, Inc. since August 2022, Milan previously held the position of Resident Manager at Bozzuto from 2017 to November 2021, overseeing a 750-unit property and also acting as Assistant Resident Manager. Prior to that role, Milan gained valuable skills as a Handyman at Gotham from 2013 to 2017, managing maintenance for a 1250-unit complex. Milan's career began as a Journeyman with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America from 2007 to 2012, providing a strong foundation in carpentry and maintenance.
