Shana Minish

Shana Minish has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in human resources, payroll, and operations. Shana is currently serving as the Director of HR Shared Services at Sherwood Food Distributors. Prior to that, they held the same position at Harvest Sherwood Food Distributors. Shana also has experience as a Co-Owner of Terrain and has worked in various HR and payroll roles at thyssenkrupp Materials NA, PrimePay of Michigan, PrimePay, and the United States Marine Corps. Shana'sroles have involved tasks such as payroll processing, HR data management, training, system implementation, tax filings, compliance, and team management, demonstrating a well-rounded knowledge of HR and payroll operations.

Shana Minish pursued their education with a focus on business and management. Shana completed their Executive MBA program from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA in Management from Walsh College for the academic year of 2006 to 2007. In the earlier years, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business from Northwestern Michigan College, which spanned from 2000 to 2003.

In addition to their degrees, Shana Minish has also obtained two certifications. Shana became a SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) from the Society for Human Resource Management in February 2021. Furthermore, in September 2016, they acquired the Certified Payroll Professional designation from the American Payroll Association.
